Preparation

  1. In a bowl, blend all the stuffing ingredients.
  2. Place about 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of filling in the centre of each translucent dough disc. Moisten the edges of the dough before closing in a half-moon shape and pinch the edges to seal the filling.
  3. Steam the dumplings for about 6 minutes.
