- Preheat the grill, setting the burners to low.
- Thread 4 cloves of garlic on each skewer, alternating with 3 shallots. Place the skewers in the centre of a large sheet of aluminum foil. Drizzle with the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Fold the foil and seal. Cook for about 4 minutes per side or until shallots and garlic are tender and lightly browned. Serve with grilled meats.
Note
Before sealing the foil, place a fresh thyme sprig. Its aroma will only bring more flavours to this already delicious duo.
