Marsala Figs

  • Makes 500 ml (2 cups)



  1. In a small saucepan, bring figs and wine to a boil. Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes or until figs have almost entirely absorbed liquid. Let cool completely.
  2. Serve with cheese. Keeps for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.


These figs are delicious with cured or roasted meats and are excellent in salads.
