Dairy-Free Strawberry, Watermelon and Coconut Smoothie

  1. In a personal blender fitted with the grinding blade, purée the strawberries, watermelon, almond beverage and maple syrup.
  2. Add half of the yogurt to a large glass. Pour in half of the smoothie mixture. Repeat with the remaining yogurt and smoothie. Stir with a spoon to create a marbled effect. Garnish with fresh strawberries, coconut flakes and almonds, if desired. Serve immediately.

Note

Frozen strawberries will thicken the smoothie more than fresh fruit will, which will help achieve the marbled effect with the coconut yogurt.
