We developed this cocktail recipe in honour of the April 8, 2024 total solar eclipse. It’s a rare celestial phenomenon (the next one will be visible in the year 2106 over North America) that’s worth beholding. For the occasion, prepare this cocktail with blue citrus liqueur, crème de cassis and tonic water, and then decorate it with a lemon slice inserted between the ice and the wall of the glass, like the moon and the sun.
This glass 2-cup (0.5 litre) measuring cup lets you accurately measure both dry and liquid ingredients. Measures are easy to read, and the pouring spout helps to avoid spillage.
