Preparation
- With the rack in the lowest position, preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
- Sprinkle a little cornmeal on the hot pizza stone and pizza peel. Roll out the dough into two 23-cm (9-inch) crusts.
- Evenly spread the sauce and cheeses. Slide the pizza on the pizza stone. Bake for about 20 minutes.
Note
If you like goat or blue cheese, replace the feta cheese by one of these two cheeses.
