  1. Divide the ingredients into two 180 ml (3/4 cup) glass bowls. Cool. A must when you eat with your fingers!

Note

Finger bowls are the way to go to end the evening with class. But beware: this orange and star anise-flavoured mixture is not to drink so don't confuse it with the soup!
