Preparation
- If fresh, peel the lychee, if canned, drain. Put in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
- In a shaker, pour the vodka, ice cider and crushed ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into a martini glass. Add the frozen lychee to create a snowball effect.

Ice cider is a drink with a creamy, rich and sweet taste that reminds us of other sweet wines, like Sauternes, for example. While inspired by the Face Cachée de la pomme cider makers, this martini is a nod to the producers of Neige.
