Trinidad Rum Punch

  • Makes Twelve 180 ml (6 oz) glasses



  1. In a small saucepan, heat the water and sugar until it dissolves. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  2. In a pitcher, combine the rum and fruit juice. Add the Angostura and the cooled syrup.
  3. Pour into glasses half-filled with crushed ice. Grate a little nutmeg on top of each glass and serve.
