( 150 g (5 oz) fresh, unripened goat cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup (125 ml) finely chopped baby arugula
1 box of 24 Siljans-brand hors d’oeuvre shells
24 sour cherries
24 small baby arugula leaves
Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
In a bowl, mash the cheese with a fork until smooth. Set aside.
Place about 5 ml (1 teaspoon) chopped arugula in each shell. Spoon about 5 ml (1 teaspoon) cheese into each shell. Top with a cherry and an arugula leaf. Season with pepper.
