Ingredients: 1 cup (250 ml) sugar; 1/4 lb (117 g) butter; 2 cups (500 ml) corn flakes (such as Kellogg's), coarsely crushed; 1/2 cup (125 ml) shredded coconut; 4 1/2 tablespoons (70 ml) unsweetened cocoa powder; 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract; 2 tablespoons (30 ml) coffee; Grated coconut, for garnish

Preparation

- In a bowl, combine the sugar with the butter. Add the corn flakes, coconut, cocoa powder, vanilla, and coffee or rum.
- Shape into small balls, roll in the shredded coconut or chocolate shavings and refrigerate until ready to serve.
