  1. With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 230 °C (450 °F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sugar, salt, spices, and oil. Coat the cauliflower florets. Bake for about 25 minutes or until the cauliflower is cooked and golden brown.
