Clemence’s Lemonade

  • Makes 1.5 litres (6 cups)



  1. In a small saucepan, bring 250 ml (1 cup) of the water to a boil with the sugar, stirring until the sugar has melted into a syrup.
  2. Pour the syrup into a pitcher and add the remaining ice water. Stir well. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Pour the lemonade into glasses and add ice cubes.


Pink Lemonade You prefer pink lemonade? Add 250 ml (1 cup) of cranberry juice.

It sparkles! Do you like fizzy drinks? Replace half of the water (500 ml / 2 cups) with mineral water (Perrier-type).
