Warm Asparagus and Chorizo Salad

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high.


  1. Brush the asparagus with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place the asparagus on the grill in the opposite direction of the grates. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes depending on the size, rolling a few times with tongs.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the sausage on the grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  3. Cut the asparagus into 3 sections and the sausage into thin slices.
  4. In a bowl, combine all the salad ingredients. Drizzle with the vinaigrette to taste. Adjust the seasoning.
