VINAIGRETTE
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Set aside.
- Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high.
SALAD
- Brush the asparagus with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place the asparagus on the grill in the opposite direction of the grates. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes depending on the size, rolling a few times with tongs.
- Meanwhile, cook the sausage on the grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- Cut the asparagus into 3 sections and the sausage into thin slices.
- In a bowl, combine all the salad ingredients. Drizzle with the vinaigrette to taste. Adjust the seasoning.
