Maple Greek Yogurt

  • Makes 500 ml (2 cups), approximately



  1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt and maple syrup. Set aside.
  2. Line the inside of a strainer with three layers of cheesecloth or two layers of paper towels.
  3. Pour the yogurt into the strainer. Cover and let drain in the refrigerator for 2 to 12 hours depending on the desired texture. Stir a few times.
