Italian-Style Nachos

  1. With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, oil, basil, onion, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Add the bread and toss well.
  3. Spread on the baking sheet and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and the bread is crispy. Serve immediately.
