Christina Blais’ Avocado Frosting

  • Makes 250 ml (1 cup)



  1. In a microwave-safe measuring cup, combine the cocoa powder and water. Cook for 30 to 60 seconds, or until the mixture reaches a boil and thickens. Stir well and let cool.
  2. In a food processor, purée the avocado with the sugar, vanilla, and salt until very smooth. Add the chocolate mixture and pulse until uniform in colour. Use as a cake frosting or as a pudding.
