- In a measuring cup, pour 60 ml (1/4 cup) of clementine juice. Sprinkle the gelatin over the juice and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Add the sugar and melt in the microwave oven for 1 to 2 minutes or until the mixture becomes translucent. Stir well to make sure that the sugar and gelatin have dissolved. Add the remaining juice and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into small glasses or bowls. Let your jelly set in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
