Preparation

Raita
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

- Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high. Oil the grate.
- In a bowl, combine the oil and curry powder. Add the chops and coat thoroughly. Generously season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chops for about 2 minutes on each side for medium rare, or until the desired doneness. Serve with the raita.
