Lemon or Lime Syrup

  • Makes 250 ml (1 cup)



  1. In a saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a boil. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat. Add the remaining ingredients and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain and refrigerate for 15 minutes.


Good to know You can also use this syrup in a sparkling wine, smoothies or a soft drink to enhance the flavors. It will keep for two weeks in the refrigerator.
