Bacon and Parmesan Butter

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients with a fork. Season with pepper. Serve with warm corn on the cobs. The butter will keep for about 1 week in a refrigerator.

Note

For an even faster version, use precooked store-bought bacon. This butter is delicious with grilled meat.
