Preparation
- In a medium saucepan, sauté the onion in the butter. Add the flour and stir for 1 minute. Add the milk. Stir until the mixture thickens.
- Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, cook the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce.
- Add the cheese, paprika, Cayenne pepper and salt. Stir until the cheese has melted.
Note
To assist your child, grate the cheddar and mozzarella or purchase them already grated.
