2 cloves garlic, chopped
30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
500 ml (2 cups) tomato sauce
30 ml (2 tbsp) chopped fresh basil
Salt and pepper
Preparation
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, brown the garlic in the oil. Add the tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the basil. Adjust the seasoning.
