  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Set aside.

  1. With a knife, lightly crisscross the surface of the flank steaks. With a brush, baste the meat with the oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a ridged skillet or on the grill, grill the flank steaks for about 6 minutes per side for rare. To serve, garnish the meat with a little cheese spread. Serve with a Panzanella Salad.
