  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.

  1. With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 210 °C (425 °F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the sauce on the bread. Scatter the toppings and cheese on the bread. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
