Sesame Bagel Chips

  1. With both racks in the middle positions, preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the bagels horizontally in 3 or 4 thin slices.
  3. Place them on the baking sheets. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the bagels are golden brown. Set aside.
