  1. In a personal blender, using the blending blade, finely crush the ice cubes with the rest of the ingredients until white and foamy. Serve in two frosted glasses.

Note

To make simple syrup, bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil. Pour into a bowl and let cool. Cover and refrigerate. The simple syrup will keep for 1 month in the refrigerator.
