Cheesy Avocado Dip

  1. In a food processor, purée the avocado, sour cream and lime juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Place the dip in a bowl.
  2. Stir the cheese curd, cucumber and cilantro into the dip.
  3. Serve the dip with Pita Chips or crudités.

Note

If you don’t have a food processor, no sweat! You can make this recipe by simply mashing the avocado with a fork. This recipe is from "Ricardo For Kids".
