- In a small pot, brown the garlic and ginger in 2 tbsp (30 ml) of the oil. Transfer to a bowl. Remove the ginger. Add the remaining oil (3 tbsp/45 ml), the soy sauce and honey. Mix well.
Salad
- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients with the dressing. Season with pepper. Serve immediately.
