Ingredients

- 2 small sprigs cedar or fresh rosemary
- 2 oz (60 ml) almond liqueur (amaretto)
- 1 oz (30 ml) lemon juice
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) cold ginger ale
- Ice cubes, as desired

Preparation

- Tie a cedar sprig to the stem of each glass using twine.
- Divide the amaretto and lemon juice between the glasses. Stir. Fill with ice cubes and top up with the ginger ale.
