  1. In In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Marinade

  1. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chicken and toss to coat well.
  2. Oil a baking sheet and place it in the oven.
  3. Spread the breadcrumbs out on another baking sheet. Drain the chicken slightly. Roll each strip in the breadcrumbs, coating it well. Let stand until the surface of the breading is somewhat dry, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the hot baking pan from the oven and place the chicken strips on it. Return the pan to the oven and bake until the chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes. Delicious with cucumber and tomato salad.
