Raspberry Syrup

  1. In a small pot, bring all of the ingredients to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the raspberries have broken down. Strain through a sieve set over a large 15-cup (3 litre) pitcher. Let cool.

Lemonade

  1. Add the water, lemon juice and grapefruit juice to the pitcher. Finish with ice cubes, lemon slices and some raspberries.
