1 lime wedge, for the juice
A few ice cubes
1 long orange zest about ½ inch (1 cm) wide, removed with a vegetable peeler
2 cranberries, fresh or frozen

Preparation

In a shaker, vigorously mix the cranberry juice, vodka, orange liqueur, crème de cassis, lime juice and ice cubes. Strain into a martini glass.
Thread the orange zest onto a small skewer alternating with the cranberries. Place on the edge of the glass.
