Mint and Citrus Gin Fizz

  1. In a stemless wineglass or tall glass, combine the gin, syrup and citrus juices. Fill the glass halfway with ice cubes. Add the mint. Top off with the sparkling water.

Note

For a non-alcoholic version, replace the gin with an additional ½ oz (15 ml) cane syrup. This makes a refreshing lemonade that the kids will love.
