Burrata with Confit Figs

Burrata, the star of this dish, has a sweet and creamy flavour that’s paired here with fresh figs. Topped with oil and honey, the fig halves are cooked with slices of lemon until tender. Everything is arranged on a platter along with grilled onions and a few parsley and basil leaves for freshness. Chive flowers or other edible flowers complete the gorgeous presentation.
