Being fans of vegetarian cuisine, various RICARDO team members get absolutely giddy when a new meatless recipe pops up on our site. And that’s why we’ve come together to compile this list for you. These tasty recipes will have you falling in love with vegetarian cuisine and will be a nice change from the usual General Tao tofu!

So fresh and simple, this chickpea pita sandwich has everything required for a weekday classic. Seasoned with paprika and cumin, these chickpeas easily transform into flavour bombs, for pleasure in each bite!

Forget the bacon. This pickled vegetable frittata will have you looking at weekend brunch a whole lot differently. To save some time, opt for store-bought pickled veggies in a jar.
