If you want to freeze your bacon, this is how you do it:
- Remove the bacon from its original packaging and lay the strips on a piece of parchment paper, leaving 1 inch (2.5 cm) between each one;
- Roll up the paper, folding each bacon slice over the other, place it in an airtight, resealable bag and put it in the freezer;
- When you need some bacon, just unroll and grab only the amount needed!
