The coconut beverage is available in the refrigerated aisle of the grocery store among the other non-dairy beverages. It is made up of pressed coconut pulp and water which gives it a light texture similar to regular milk. Do not confuse this product with canned coconut milk or coconut cream, which are both much richer.
