In this recipe, we’re using La Mélodie Bergère cheese not just once, but twice. First, we use it to create a creamy sauce to pair with our vegetable filling. Then we use it in its raw state to garnish the finished tart in order to put its wonderful complex flavours front and centre.
RICARDO brand puff pastry is sold in a 10-inch (25 cm) square format and is ready to use as is. You won’t even need to roll it out for this recipe.
