1/4 cup (57 g) butter
1/4 cup (60 ml) 35% heavy cream
2 tbsp (30 ml) balsamic vinegar
1 tsp (5 ml) soy sauce

Preheat the grill, setting the burner to high. Oil the grate.
Grill the steaks for about 5 minutes on each side for rare meat, or until the desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with aluminum foil and let rest for 5 minutes.

Sauce

Meanwhile, in a saucepan, bring the butter to a boil and continue cooking until it turns golden brown. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 2 minutes, whisking constantly.
Slice the meat and serve with the sauce.
