- Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
- In a bowl placed over a saucepan of simmering water, melt the chocolate and peanut butter. Stir well to combine and let cool until the mixture is at room temperature.
- In a large container with an airtight lid, combine the cereal, nuts, pretzels, and fruit. Drizzle with the chocolate mixture. Sprinkle with the icing sugar. Seal the container and shake vigorously for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Spread the mixture on the baking sheet, separating it as needed. Allow for the chocolate to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes or refrigerate it for about 15 minutes.
