Ingredients

• Caramelized Onions

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) grainy mustard
  • Salt and pepper

• Hot dogs

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) bulgur
  • 1 lb (454g) lean ground beef
  • 6 hot dogs buns
  • Chili sauce to taste
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce to taste
