Mezzi Pacherri pasta are large tubular pasta. If you can’t find them, cook cannelloni pasta and cut them into four sections.

Variation You can add mussels or clams in their shells. However, you will have to cook them, covered, for about 2 minutes with the wine before adding the shelled seafood.
