Oh my!
What a cake! To facilitate your work, I suggest you make the cake the day before. The next day, you still have to prepare the mousse and assemble the cake. There is a chilling time of 4 hours and you have to prepare the ganache 2 or 3 hours before the meal. As for the big chocolate curls, I ask at my favourite chocolate shop.
