Broccoli Puree (baby food)

  1. In a pot of boiling water, cook the broccoli until tender. Place them in ice water to stop the cooking and to retain their green color. Drain.
  2. In a food processor, purée until smooth, adding cooking water as needed. 


Please do not discard the broccoli stems; children enjoy their more subtle flavour. To purée them, simply peel the stems and cut them into strips before cooking.
