Ingredients

- The juice of 4 lemons
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) sugar
- 3 cups (750 ml) water
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) fresh ginger, finely grated

Preparation

- In an airtight jar, combine all the ingredients. Refrigerate for several hours to allow the flavours to develop. If desired, strain the lemonade to remove the ginger. Garnish with lemon slices.
