Banana Yogurt
3/4 cup (180 ml) 10% plain yogurt
1 ripe banana, sliced
1/3 cup (75 ml) sugar
2 teaspoons (10 ml) lemon juice
Raspberry Yogurt
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
1/2 cup (125 ml) 10% plain yogurt
1/3 cup (75 ml) sugar
Blueberry yogurt
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
1/2 cup (125 ml) 10% plain yogurt
1/3 cup (75 ml) sugar
12 wooden popsicle sticks
Preparation
Banana Yogurt
In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
Raspberry Yogurt / Blueberry Yogurt
Repeat with the raspberry and blueberry yogurt mixtures. Strain the purée through a sieve.
Pour the mixtures alternately into Popsicle moulds. Insert the sticks. Freeze for 5 to 6 hours.
