- In a small bowl, melt the chocolate with the peanut butter in the microwave oven for about 30 seconds. Stir to combine. Let cool for 5 minutes.
- In the lunch bag or airtight container, combine the cereals, nuts, pretzels and dried fruit. Pour the chocolate mixture in a stream over the snack mix. Sprinkle the icing sugar over the chocolate. Close the bag or container and shake vigorously for about 2 minutes. Let the chocolate set for 30 minutes at room temperature or in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
One bag gives about 2 to 3 servings.
