Slow-Cooker Cream of Fava Bean Soup

  1. In a slow cooker, combine all the ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beans are tender.
  2. In a blender, purée the soup until smooth. Strain, if desired. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with sour cream and savory leaves.
