- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the cocoa powder. With a spatula, stir in the chocolate. Let cool for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate loses its sheen. The preparation will be pliable.
- Place the cocoa powder in a shallow plate. Set aside.
- Shape each ball with about 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of the mixture, pressing with the palm of your hands. Roll in the cocoa powder and shake gently to remove any excess. Cool completely on a baking sheet for about 30 minutes and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
